Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG)

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) is an American boutique automaker founded in 2004 by film‑producer and entrepreneur James “Jim” Glickenhaus. Based in Sleepy Hollow, New York, SCG was born from his passion for endurance racing and high‑performance cars. Its origin traces back to modifying Ferraris such as the P4/5 Competizione before Glickenhaus embarked on building his own lineup of raced and road‑legal hypercars. From its very first in‑house model—the SCG 003 introduced in 2015—the company has pursued a clear philosophy: build uncompromising race cars you can drive on the road

The SCG 003, codenamed P33, quickly became SCG’s most iconic model. Developed and assembled in Italy with Paolo Garella’s Granstudio and MAT, the 003 debuted at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show in both track (003C) and road‑legal (003S “Stradale”) versions. The 003S featured a twin‑turbo BMW‑derived V8 producing up to 800 hp, generating over 700 kg of downforce at 155 mph, capable of 0–60 mph in under 3 seconds, and targeting a blistering Nürburgring lap in around 6:30 — a statement of raw, track‑first ambition

Since then SCG has expanded its range beyond tarmac warriors. The SCG Boot is a V8‑powered, street‑legal off‑roader built for Baja competition, twice class‑winning the brutal Baja 1000 while besting much larger competitors. SCG also entered the FIA World Endurance Championship with the SCG 007 LMH hypercar, earning a podium at Le Mans and multiple strong finishes purely as an independent, self‑funded outfit. Their latest, the SCG 004S and CS variants, feature bold three‑seat layouts (driver‑centered) and supercharged GM V8s, with production now ramping up to limited annual volumes — truly American supercars born of endurance racing DNA and pure passion
